How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, match you with an insurance carrier likely to approve you, submit an application on your behalf when you ask us to, and contact you about your request by phone, text or email. We may share your details with insurance carriers and the service providers that help us operate the agency. Never with lead marketplaces, and we do not sell your personal information.

Calls and text messages

By submitting a form on this site you agree that a licensed Generis Insurance agent may contact you at the phone number you provided, including by automated dialing or text message, about insurance coverage. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or ask any agent to place you on our do-not-call list.

Artificial intelligence and automated tools

We use artificial intelligence and automation to help handle inquiries. That can include AI-assisted phone calls, text messages, emails and chat replies, as well as tools that help route your request to the right licensed agent and organize the details you shared. AI is not a licensed insurance agent, cannot bind coverage, and does not make final decisions about your policy. A licensed human agent reviews your information before any application is submitted, and you can ask to speak with a person at any point. AI-assisted calls may be recorded or transcribed where permitted by law, and those recordings and transcripts are stored under the same protections described below. How we protect it

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. Only staff who need your information to service your request can view it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop contacting you, at any time. Email info@generisinsurance.com or call (912) 715-6105. Some records must be retained where insurance regulations require it.
